Tonight Andrew Garcia took a huge risk with his song choice and the judges let him know exactly that.

Andrew Garcia was a trending topic on twitter while American Idol was airing all over the country this evening his rendition of
Sugar were goin’ down might have hurt him rather than help him.

We are sure enough that his last weeks performance of Straight Up will keep him around for another week.

Even though the judges were not pleased with Andrews performance each of the judges made it clear that Andrew was one of their favorites this season.

 The buzz going around about Andrew Garcia is that he is one to be watched to become 2010’s American Idol.

After his rendition of Paula Abdul’s Straight Up, he is by far the most  memorable contestant so far this season.

In this interview Andrew tells us he is also a break dancer and he talks about being in front of the judges and the comment he got from the ever so nasty Simon Cowell.

The Huffington Post says about the Paula Abdul Straight up cover, “It really was fantastic.”

The New York Times says Andrew Garcia is, “A recipe for modern “Idol” success.”

Last nights American Idol was intense to say the least.

The last person called to face the American Idol judges was our own Andrew Garcia and, HE MADE IT!!!

New Judge Ellen Degeneres delivered the news to Andrew,  and it was emotional.  We are wishing Andrew all the best, we know you can do it.

Andrew tells us he is doing this all for his son, and what an adorable son he has.

BlogTv’s Andrew Garcia made it to Hollywood and he sung Paula Abdul’s Straight Up.  If this guy keeps it up he will be the next American Idol.
