Will they ever stop?

As we reported to you back in November 2008 CTO of blogTv.com  Oren Levy announced during a video interview that BlogTv was on the hunt for $2 million dollars. We don’t think they have made there quota as of yet, for they have added a new advertising aspect to make your BlogTv experience even more enjoyable.

With addition of the new extra long video commercials,  they now make you choose a sponsor to follow you around BlogTv and with it you get a nifty pop up page that seems to get around pop up blockers.This new advertising set up automatically brings you to a page like this, asking you to choose a sponsor.

Then you get to view an ad that seems to bypass most pop up blockers.

Pretty soon blogtv.com will be nothing more than commercials.

All we can really say is OMG…

We knew that Deb aka AmazingPetsHere was a few straws short from being a haystack but this has got to bet all.

The crazy lady went on another rampage today about us slandering her. BTW thanks for the traffic we haven’t seen this much since pwppyyankee showed her boobies on ustream and we reported about it.

Due to the fact Deb has never contacted us about this slander that she keeps ranting about and she keeps calling our service provider thinking that she is going to shut us down because of her empty threats with no legal backup,  she goes and commits yet another felony to add to her list of all the youtube copyright felonies she has committed.

Are you ready for this?

Deb this brilliant woman that has a mouth that makes Andrew Dice Clay look like a preacher man calls our blog host and not only lies to them, telling them that we are slandering and copyrighting her, she is doing nothing but harassing them and us,  but the stupid bitch broadcasted the phone call over the internet and not only did Ding Bat Deb broadcast the phone call with 1and1 she,  RECORDED IT!!!.  Recording phone calls without all parties knowing is a felony in some states.

At this rate we hope she has some cash stashed away, just with the false YouTube copyright infringements shes already looking at over 1 million dollars if all the people that she filed on wanted to sue her at $250.000.00 a pop and 1 year in jail for each false complaint.

Whisper: To Ding Bat Deb: Before you send blogTv and Kara Hannah an email saying we are copyrighting this video let us inform your that blogTv.com provided us with the embedding code and just in case you delete the video of the crime you committed by recording a business’ phone call without their permission we downloaded a copy of the video and sent it to their legal department. Don’t be surprised if your blogtv.com account gets shut down due to a complaint from 1and1 for allowing you to record this crime and harass them for your entertainment.

This woman is about one railroad crossing away from being a complete train wreck.

Yesterday was a record breaker, Amazingpetshere did a 6 hour infomercial for us.  Not only was she trash talking us for posting the truth about her and calling it slander, but she also threw her BFF tedsabear right under the bus,  calling him out as a pedo and banning him from her room.

She got so wrapped up in her psychotic delusions that we are slandering her, she completely forgot that her son had a school function he had to attend to tonight for graduation. What does Deb do?  She throws a hot pocket in the microwave and sends him on his way.

Here is a readers submitted video of the hoopla of yesterdays drama filled show down.

Her show started by exploiting what looked like half dead bird, living is a shit filled filthy cage and then she started her show harping that we are slandering her and in violation of her copyright.  She keeps repeating this slander word but she says nothing about what we slandered her about.

She said she did her homework and she knows what she is talking about.  She obviously did not read the blogTv.com agreement where it explains that she has granted every user of the site a royalty free world-wide license to use her show, photos and sound bytes she must have over looked that aspect during her research.

She claims that YouTube has copyright laws, and they do, but the thick headed brain dead dope does not realize is that any one that records video of her show does in fact own the copyright unless she has it recorded also.  Her attorney must bejust as lame brained as she is if they are giving her the advice she is using.

During her show she called 1and1 our server hosts, with complaints of slander and copyright [footage on file] even thoe you could not hear the person on the phone the part we heard was the man telling her she needed a lawyer.  She then tells the room, the man told her if enough people call with complaints of slander and copyright infringement they will shut down our site.  No only does this stupid bitch not have a clue about copyright laws but she lies also.

Does this stupid bitch really believe that the #1 domain and server hosting business is going to run their call center like a fucking telethon the more people that call will get an account closed…. Whats the magic number Deb? How many calls will it take to shut us down?  You see to know everything else.

What the pitiful blogtv trolls do not understand is that we have been through this before, before we even got our servers with 1and1.  1and1 knows all about our site and they know what we do, we sent them a copy of the blogtv.com TOS and a copy of our TOS and they are in agreement as to how we run our site before we even signed up with them.  Do you fucking idiots think the #1 hosting site would host our site for well over a year if we were breaking laws. Due to the problem we have had with these malicious complaints from the blogtv trolls that don’t have a clue as to what the word slander means. We have set up an agreement with 1and1 that every complaint made to them about us is forwarded to us, recorded phone calls with caller id that includes address, city and state, including Skype ID names and IP address’ and originating ISP they also forward all emails to us so we might document the slander that YOU the blogtv trolls are committing with your dimwitted complaints.

As a matter of fact the last couple of times this has happened the first email they send us the subject line reads “LOL, here we go again”

After about 5 and 1/2 hours of that bullshit spewing out of the crazy womans face she then threw her BFF tedsabear under the bus calling him out as a pedo and banning him from her room.

Apparently tedsabear has been paying the cell phone bill of a girl that is under the age of 18 and from what we understand tedsabear sent this girl pictures of his peen.  Now thats kinda creepy.  Just another reason why BlogTv should make the age 18 and up.

We must admit this sounds a bit creepy.

We just recorded on video amazingpetshere telling her viewers that, “I don’t give a shit what anyone says about me.”

Thank you Deb we now have video of YOU saying you don’t care what “anyone” says about you,  you just gave us permission to post anything we want, Thank You.

We also have video of you telling your viewers to,  “Call 1and1 and aggravate them and they will shut down that piece of shit site.”

Thank You deb we now have proof from your mouth that you don’t care what anyone says about you and that you are harassing 1and1 only to get us shut down, 1and1 has received the video and will be forwarding it to their legal department.

Today during amazingpetshow she was showing off one of her many animals.

This bird looks to be in ill health with it’s feathers falling off and living in a very dirty cage the food dish is filled with ceder chips and bird poop.

We are in the process of contacting the New York Animal Control Department and letting them know that this woman is houseing animals in filthy cages and exploiting them on the internet living in disgusting conditions all to gain viewers for her own greed.

We will be sending them the photos we have collected and we will be demanding that the New York Animal Control make an in home visit, we are also filing complaints to PETA and every animal foundation in New York State.

YOU the idiots that say we don’t have permission to post your pictures have in fact granted us a license to do so.  YOU the fools are in fact committing slander towards us every time you open your mouth about it.  YOU the blogtv.com broadcaster has granted us permission to use your photos and broadcasts via the contract you made with blogTv.com.

Every time YOU the braodcaster makes a complaint to any person, company or party that we or anyone else does not have permission to use your material you produce on blogtv.com is on fact filing a false report, without merit and is in fact slandering the person or company you are complaining about as per your agreement with blogTv.com and YOU can be sued for harassment, slander, federal copyright violations all with malicious intent due to YOUR contract YOU made with blogTv.com

The green box tells you that if you delete the videos that the contract breaks and you can notify us at DMCA@LetsTalkBlogTv.org so we can remove photos and or video’s you don’t want us to use.  However,  this does not pertain to broadcasts that anyone has recorded unless and only unless you have it recorded also.

Slander - means to say untrue things about a person to hurt their reputation.

Let’s Talk BlogTv only posts and reports what YOU broadcasters do and put out there. If you go on blogtv and make a fool of yourself and we have a reporter there, we will report on it. If you have a show and your shaving the ass of an elephant live on cam we will report on it. If you sit and scream at the top of your lungs acting like a crazy person we will report it. We only report what we see, do you really think we make all this shit up… please.

If we have posted any untrue statements please let us know so we can correct our reporters, so far all we have heard is that we slander people but we have not heard what the slander is.

So for all of those that are going to “shut us down” please make sure you know what you are doing because it just might come back to kick you in the face.

Is what amazingpetshere was screaming at the end of her 3 hour ranting show this afternoon on BlogTv.

And we agree totally, if this woman is not on meds she needs to be.  For three hours today she was yelling, screaming and acting like a total lunatic, it was kind of sad to watch.

Apparently amazingpetshere has been harassing the BlogTv mods and Kara Hannah to death with emails complaining that WE Let’s Talk BlogTv is posting pictures of her without her permission.  She has hounded them so much that Kara Herself emailed us with the following email.

We of course thought it was a joke because BlogTv is aware of their own Terms of Service that state;

You also hereby grant each user of the Website or other viewer of your UGC a non-exclusive royalty-free right to access your UGC through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such UGC, all for non-commercial and personal use.

During her rant she was co-hosting tedsabear and they both claim they are going to shut down Let’s Talk BlogTv just like everyone else has said, Binko, preppyyankee, fallenangel, shawn1979r, whiterliar, and all the other fools that made this claim that they are going to shut us down.  Well like all the others,  Please have your attorneys read our DMCA page for copyrighted material and if your lawyer is as stupid as you seem to be, tell him to please contact us at Legal@LetsTalkBlogTv.org

What we love about the drama queens is the fact that they all make themselves look like total fools and because people have the legal right to video them and post it anywhere they want to, they get all butt hurt,  they do hours upon hours of shows ranting and screaming how wonderful they are and how everyone is slandering them and how everyone uses them and they get so pissed that they commit felonies by filing copyright infringements on youtube and end up committing slander themselves simply because THEY don’t follow the rules.

Like we have said in the past to all these fools that think they know it, watch yourselves, bringing a case to court with dirty hands tends to make you look like a fool and could end up costing you a bundle.

This can’t be a good thing.  Being in the bottom 2 right in the start on the competition.

During a recent broadcast from BlogTv’s Community Manager and BlogTv mod boss Kara Hannah, she was asked about people smoking marijuana while broadcasting on BlogTv and her response was, “Well if a person is smoking something in a rolled up cigarette we can’t tell what it is and in some places it is legal to use medical marijuana and if you can show us that you are allowed to use it then, sure you can, why not.”

Sooooo, anyone that has access to a computer with a printer can make up any document they want to in order to “prove” to BlogTv they are allowed to use the wacky tabacky and broadcast while doing so.

In most cases when the weed is prescribed to a patient it is only a couple “doses” a day like any other medication, they do not prescribe you enough to sit all day and smoke non stop like we have seen on BlogTv.

This brings up another issue, if a junkie that uses heroin can show to BlogTv that they are diabetic via “a printed document” can that junkie then use heroin on BlogTv as BlogTv could say, We don’t know what’s in the needle we do know the person is diabetic and uses insulin.

Is it really that hard to move your cam or step out of the viewing area?  Do you really need to take your medicine while broadcasting?

We say, no drugs of any kind for any reason on a website open to people aged 16.
